Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC execution on major data center projects. You will manage models, drive multi‑discipline coordination, and mentor internal staff, advancing Mi-Tech’s in‑house BIM capabilities.

You will balance technical leadership with project coordination, supporting transformation to fully in‑house BIM delivery while coordinating with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of BIM/VDC experience.
• Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Inventor.
• Experience working with or directly for contractors on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC execution on large, complex construction projects, with an immediate focus on a major data center initiative.
• Serve as both a technical lead and project coordinator, managing models and coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
• Build Mi‑Tech’s long‑term BIM capabilities by developing standards, mentoring team members, and transitioning BIM work to fully in‑house execution.
