Job summary

Mi‑Tech seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC execution on large, complex construction projects, with an immediate focus on a major data center initiative. You will be the technical lead and project coordinator, managing models, driving coordination, and mentoring the internal team.

You will help build Mi‑Tech’s long-term BIM capabilities, develop standards, and push toward fully in-house BIM execution while collaborating with internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of BIM/VDC experience.
• Experience leading BIM/VDC on large construction projects; data center exp preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams or mentor junior staff.
• Strong leadership and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with BIM software and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC execution on large, complex projects and the major data center initiative.
• Serve as technical lead and project coordinator, managing models and coordination.
• Build and mentor an internal BIM team and transition to in-house BIM execution.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve BIM standards, templates, workflows and BEP documents.
• Conduct model QA/QC and support milestone deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and field teams for constructability and execution alignment.
