Job summary

PAE CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Lead in Denver, CO to drive BIM coordination and multi-discipline project delivery. You will partner with PMs and teams to ensure BIM accuracy, workflows, and digital deliverables meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes mentoring, QA/QC ownership, and development of BIM Execution Plans aligned with firm standards. A hybrid work schedule and travel readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with BIM/digital delivery focus.
• 8+ years with advanced BIM or digital delivery responsibilities.
• Relevant BIM certification or equivalent proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication in BIM coordination with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex, multi-discipline projects with PMs and teams.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows, model segmentation, links, and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup and delivery expectations.
• Manage BIM environments and workflows using BIM 360, ACC, Forma.
• Lead QA/QC processes and maintain BIM quality throughout projects.
• Mentor junior Digital Delivery staff and support tool rollouts.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans aligned with firm standards.
