Job summary

PAE is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead in New York to coordinate BIM delivery across complex, multi‑discipline projects. You will partner with Project Managers to plan workflows, ensure model health, and mentor teams in BIM best practices.

You will provide technical guidance on model setup, QA/QC processes, and BIM standards, leveraging BIM 360/ACC/Forma to support deliverables and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Relevant BIM certifications or equivalents preferred.
• Willingness to travel and lead BIM coordination discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex projects in partnership with Project Managers.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows, segmentation, links, and file management.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup and QA/QC expectations.
• Manage project model environments and digital delivery workflows (BIM 360/ACC/Forma).
• Develop and communicate BIM deliverable requirements to teams.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and share knowledge to improve standards.
