Job summary

PAE is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to shepherd BIM and digital delivery on complex projects across multiple disciplines. You will coordinate models, manage BIM environments (BIM 360/ACC/Forma), and provide technical guidance and QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in BIM/delivery, strong communication, and mentoring skills; travel is required; hybrid work; base salary range included; comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years BIM or digital delivery experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC/Forma.
• Strong communication and BIM coordination leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex multi-discipline projects.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows and collaboration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup and deliverables.
• Lead BIM QA/QC processes and maintain BIM quality.
• Mentor junior staff and drive tool/process enhancements.
