Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in BIM or digital delivery roles.
• Certification in BIM or Autodesk tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and leadership for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC/Forma.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows and project collaboration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup and delivery expectations.
• Manage project BIM environments and digital delivery workflows.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans.
• Lead kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination with clients and partners.
• Maintain BIM quality across project lifecycle.
• Support internal BIM development and tool rollouts.
