Job summary

PAE is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead in Portland, OR to guide BIM delivery on complex, multi-discipline projects. You will coordinate workflows, provide technical guidance on model setup, and lead QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with project teams and leadership, and help advance firm-wide digital delivery standards while working in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in BIM or digital delivery responsibilities.
• Certification in BIM, digital delivery, Autodesk tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and leadership in BIM coordination.
• Advanced understanding of AEC workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC/Forma, and related tools.
• Ability to manage BIM workflows and QA/QC across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex, multi-discipline projects with PMs and teams.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows, model segmentation, links, and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup, coordination, and deliverables.
• Manage project model environments and digital delivery workflows (BIM 360/ACC/Forma).
• Develop and communicate BIM deliverable requirements to design/production teams.
• Lead QA/QC processes and maintain BIM quality across the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior Digital Delivery staff with technical guidance and project support.
• Support internal BIM development and rollout of new tools.
• Contribute to BIM standards, tools, and process improvements.
