Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) professional to lead BIM strategy, execution, and governance across complex projects from our Denver, CO office. You will develop BEPs aligned to client requirements, lead BIM kickoff meetings, and coordinate BIM delivery with leadership and technical teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in BIM/digital delivery, strong leadership and communication skills, and expertise with Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo/Grasshopper, and ISO 19650 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Information Management or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of BIM and digital delivery experience, including formal BIM Manager experience for complex projects.
• Experience supervising BIM teams with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Proven experience delivering BIM for large, multidisciplinary projects with global, dispersed teams.
• Advanced skills in Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination.
• Dynamo or Grasshopper proficiency.
• Demonstrable portfolio of BIM delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing BIM software suites and IT coordination.
• Interest or experience in integrating AI into A/E service model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies for complex projects.
• Create, manage and maintain BEP and related project documentation; align BEP with client requirements.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams and consultants for all phases.
• Establish and administer Common Data Environment (CDE) with permissions and standards.
• Coordinate BIM execution with project leadership and technical teams.
• Maintain firmwide BIM standards, templates, workflows and governance aligned to ISO 19650.
• Ensure BIM compliance with contractual requirements and information delivery milestones.
• Develop model coordination, clash detection and progress dashboards; report KPIs.
