Job summary

PAE is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to steer BIM delivery on complex projects, coordinating model segmentation, links, and collaboration strategies with project teams. You will ensure BIM quality from setup through delivery, while mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices across the firm.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of advanced BIM experience, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks and BIM 360/ACC/Forma, and a willingness to travel for project collaboration with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience with advanced BIM or digital delivery responsibilities.
• Certification in BIM or related tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows and project collaboration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup, coordination processes, and deliverable expectations.
• Lead BIM-related QA/QC processes and maintain BIM quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge across teams.
