PAE CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC is seeking an Experienced BIM professional to lead multi-discipline BIM delivery in San Francisco, ensuring model health, QA/QC, and digital deliverables across projects.

The role emphasizes mentoring, coordinating with PMs, and leveraging BIM 360, ACC, Forma. Hybrid work is offered with travel as needed, and a strong benefits package supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience with advanced BIM or digital delivery responsibilities.
• Certification in BIM, digital delivery, Autodesk platforms, or related tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication skills for BIM coordination with teams and clients.
• Advanced understanding of AEC workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC/Forma, and related tools.
• Ability to manage BIM workflows, environments, and deliverables across complex projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, model health, and BIM quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery for complex, multi-discipline projects with project managers.
• Plan and coordinate BIM workflows, model segmentation, links, and collaboration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on model setup and digital deliverable expectations.
• Manage project BIM environments and digital delivery workflows (BIM 360, ACC, Forma).
• Communicate BIM deliverable requirements to design and production teams.
• Lead and document BIM QA/QC processes and ensure BIM quality throughout projects.
• Mentor junior Digital Delivery staff with technical guidance.
• Support internal BIM development and rollout of new tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
