Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM (Digital Design) professional to lead strategy, implementation and governance across complex projects. This role develops BIM strategies and BEP aligned to client requirements, leads BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams and consultants, and coordinates BIM delivery with project leadership and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Information Management or equivalent with 6+ years BIM experience.
• Preferred 8+ years of BIM and digital delivery experience on large projects.
• Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies for complex projects.
• Create, manage, and maintain BEP and project documentation aligned to client requirements.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams and consultants.
• Coordinate BIM delivery with project leadership and technical teams.
