Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is looking for a Digital Delivery Coordinator to lead model coordination and BIM execution on complex projects. You will ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows while mentoring junior staff and aligning with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and 3-5 years of applicable experience, or equivalent experience. A strong proficiency in Revit and knowledge of BIM collaboration tools is preferred. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable experience, or 2-4 years with a bachelor's/master's, or 8 years of applicable experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to BIM models and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead coordination and model setup across assigned projects.
• Manage model exchange schedules and coordinate deliverables.
• Train and mentor Digital Delivery Technicians.
