Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to lead model coordination and BIM execution on complex projects. The role involves ensuring high-quality deliverables, effective workflows, and alignment with client requirements, while also supporting team development.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Revit proficiency, experience in BIM environments, and excellent client communication skills. A technical degree with substantial experience in BIM coordination is preferred, alongside a commitment to mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Understanding of project budgets and schedules.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, model setup, and execution across assigned projects.
• Create, maintain views, sheets, and manage model exchange schedules.
• Serve as primary Digital Delivery representative in BIM meetings.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Revit

Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Experience coordinating complex BIM models

Strong troubleshooting skills related to BIM

Strong client communication

Education

Two-year technical degree or relevant experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field

Professional or industry certification
