Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Lead for BIM to join our remote SaaS team. You will establish and nurture customer relationships, drive retention, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure value realization of our construction technology software.

You will lead onboarding, end-user training, and adoption while identifying risks to customer success. This role emphasizes proactive engagement, cross-functional teamwork, and scalable processes

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in technology or business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Revit in mechanical, electrical or plumbing domains.
• 3+ years of experience in functional consulting, construction management, customer success, or pre-sales software solutions.
• Proven ability to map the customer’s business process to product capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-sales support for technical demos and presentations to acquire new customers.
• Onboarding and implementation for new customers or expansions (required for revenue recognition).
• Provide day-to-day Tier 1 support and collaborate with engineering on Tier 2-3 issues.
• Support teammates and assist customers as needed to drive retention and growth.
