Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Lead for BIM to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for our Construction Technology SaaS solutions. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure customer value.

The ideal candidate will leverage Revit expertise and strong project management skills to map customer processes to product capabilities and guide clients through success journeys across multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Technology or business‑related field or 5+ years of experience with Revit focused on MEP systems.
• Ability to map customer business processes to product capability.
• Proven success managing customer relationships and driving retention, adoption, and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-sales – assist sales reps with technical demos and presentations (new customer acquisition)
• Implementation – onboarding for new customers and expansions (revenue recognition)
• Customer Support – day-to-day support and troubleshooting; manage support tickets and collaborate with engineering
• Support teammates and help customers as needed
