Stanley Black & Decker, DEWALT MSUITE BIM, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy and roadmaps for BIM solutions across design, detailing, fabrication, and field workflows. You will bridge MEP workflows with software features and drive cross-functional execution in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes deep industry knowledge in Revit MEP, BIM/VDC, fabrication, and field operations, with collaboration across product teams to align with business goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction technology, BIM/VDC, MEP coordination, detailing, fabrication, or field operations.
• Deep understanding of how MEP work moves across design, coordination, detailing, fabrication, and field execution.
• Strong experience with Revit MEP and Revit-centered workflows.

Mansioni

• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and lifecycle for DEWALT MSUITE BIM solutions.
• Collaborate with other product managers to align direction and share market insights.
• Translate customer and workflow insights into clear product requirements and release plans.
• Own or support backlog prioritization and work with Engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/Design, Commercial, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software solutions.
• Engage with customers and BIM/VDC leaders to understand pain points and unmet needs.
