Job summary
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the DEWALT MSUITE BIM solutions. You will shape product strategy, roadmaps, and cross‑functional execution across BIM workflows and field operations.
Reporting to the Director of BIM, you will align product direction with market needs and collaborate with other PMs to deliver a cohesive portfolio. The ideal candidate has deep construction technology experience, strong Revit MEP capabilities, and a track record across design,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction technology, BIM/VDC, MEP coordination, detailing, fabrication, or field operations.
- Strong Revit MEP experience and Revit-centered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap priorities, and cross-functional execution for MSUITE BIM solutions.
- Translate customer, market, and workflow insights into clear product requirements and release plans.
- Partner with Engineering, UX/Design, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver increments.
