Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Lead for BIM in a remote capacity. The role focuses on onboarding and supporting customers, expanding adoption of SaaS solutions, and driving retention in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to map customer needs to product capabilities, mentor teams, and manage a pipeline of support requests. A background in Revit and construction tech is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree (Technology or business-related field) or 5+ years with Revit.
• 2+ years teaching/mentoring in the use of Revit.
• 3+ years in functional consulting, construction management, customer success, or pre-sales software.
• Ability to map customer processes to product capability.
• Proven success in managing relationships and driving retention/adoption/growth.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Experience analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support with technical demos and presentations for new customers.
• Onboarding for new customers and for expansion within existing accounts.
• Provide day-to-day customer support and manage a ticket pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve Tier 2-3 issues and bugs.
• Support teammates and assist customers as needed.
