Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with significant operational and supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of the billing team in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of invoices aligned with client deadlines and close calendars.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop billing staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Manage escalation of issues requiring support from other teams to resolve billing problems.
• Lead process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of billing and collections.
