Qualifications

• Required: Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in billing, financial operations, or related area.
• Experience evaluating processes and leading improvements.
• Experience with billing technology implementations.
• Advanced Excel; Word and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing development projects and workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Evaluate billing processes, perform root cause analysis, implement improvements.
• Serve as subject matter resource on billing technology and processes.
• Collaborate to develop billing procedures, training, and tools.
• Support system implementations, testing, issues, and deployment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address questions and issues.
• Develop onboarding and training for Billing personnel; support global training.
• Maintain Billing Knowledge Base and process documentation.
• Coordinate with IT on billing tech issues and action items.
• Perform due diligence and ad hoc analysis to support initiatives.
