Techno Consult Engineering, PC in Princeton, NJ is seeking a seasoned Billing Specialist to manage client invoices for engineering and construction projects. You will oversee accounts receivable and payable, reconcile records, and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate, timely billing.

We value meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• QuickBooks knowledge required.
• Experience with AEC/project-based billing and invoicing strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices for engineering and construction projects.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Review contracts, project information, and supporting documentation for accurate billing.
• Reconcile billing, payment, and accounting records.
• Work with project managers and internal teams on billing requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end accounting activities.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed.
