Job summary

American Engineering & Development Corp is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage contract billings, invoicing, and collections for construction projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely invoicing, and collaboration with project teams in an in-office environment in Florida.

You will work with Sage 300 CRE and Excel to maintain reconciliations, track aging, and support progress billings and AIA forms when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounts receivable experience.
• Construction billing, retainage and contract administration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AIA billing forms (G702/G703) is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain contract billings in Sage 300 CRE and other systems.
• Prepare and process customer invoices per contract terms and project progress.
• Generate AR reconciliations by project and contract; monitor aging and collections.
• Support lien timing analysis and lien waiver documentation as needed.
• Assist with month-end close and provide AR-related audit support.
