Job summary

Techno Consult Engineering, PC is seeking a Billing & Accounting Specialist to support our accounting operations in Princeton, NJ. You will handle client invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related tasks within our AEC project environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. QuickBooks and Excel proficiency are essential, with experience in project-based billing preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• QuickBooks knowledge required.
• Experience with AEC/project-based billing and invoicing strongly preferred but not required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Techno is seeking a Billing & Accounting Specialist to support our accounting operations. This position will handle client invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting functions within our AEC consulting environment. The ideal candidate will work out of our Princeton, NJ office full-time. In this position, you will:

• Review contracts, project information, and supporting documentation for accurate billing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $60,000/yr-$70,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
