Techno Consult Engineering, PC (Techno) seeks a Billing & Accounting Specialist to support our accounting operations from the Princeton, NJ office. You will handle client invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related billing activities for our engineering and construction projects.

The role requires 5+ years in billing or bookkeeping, QuickBooks proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• QuickBooks knowledge required.
• Experience with AEC/project-based billing and invoicing strongly preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Techno is seeking a Billing & Accounting Specialist to support our accounting operations. This position will handle client invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting functions within our AEC consulting environment. The ideal candidate will work out of our Princeton, NJ office full-time. In this position, you will:

• Prepare and process client invoices for engineering and construction projects.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Review contracts, project information, and supporting documentation for accurate billing.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $60,000/yr-$70,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
