Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise systems, preferably billing, finance, or revenue operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery, backlog refinement, and test coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for MCBS Billing initiatives.
• Translate billing, order-to-cash, tax, pricing, and reporting needs into requirements and user stories.
• Support projects from intake through design, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and production validation for initiatives.
• Identify root causes of billing issues and define corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, and risk trackers to support audits.
