Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 2+ years in billing/contract management, or HS diploma with 5+ years in billing/contract management.
• Professional services firm experience preferred
• Two+ years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides billing and contract administration direction to client facing professionals.
• Investigates and resolves complex setup and billing issues with regional finance.
• Provides resolution for first level issues escalated by lead analysts or client facing professionals.
• Trains staff on billing policies and best practices.
• Serves as SME of the billing configurations and processes.
• Reviews issues and updates procedures and knowledge articles.
• Leads location-specific billing improvement projects.
• Coordinates with Regional Finance, Principals and OMP for regional needs.
• Researches client questions via the BDO eBill portal.
• Mentors senior analysts and assists in their development.
• Monitors unbilled accounts receivable and ensures timely billing.
