BDO USA is seeking a Credit to Cash Senior Operations Analyst to oversee day-to-day billing and contract administration for assigned regions and support the client-facing teams.

The role requires collaboration with regional finance, lead analysts, and transactional managers to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements. Strong communication and project leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 2+ years in billing/contract management.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years billing/contract management experience.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide billing and contract administration direction and support to client facing professionals and lead analyst.
• Investigate, identify root causes and resolve complex billing issues via collaboration with regional finance and analysts.
• Provide resolution for first level issues escalated by lead analysts or client facing professionals.
• Train staff on billing/contract administration policies and best practices.
• Serve as SME of the financial system related to billing configurations, billing process and best practices.
• Review issues and update departmental procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Lead billing and contract administration improvement projects in locations as directed.
• Coordinate with Regional Finance, Principals and Office Managing Principals on regional needs.
