Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist in Philadelphia, PA to manage the full billing cycle, ensure accurate invoicing, reconcile accounts, and support cash flow objectives.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's in Accounting and 10+ years of billing or AR experience, along with strong Excel skills and ERP system experience. This is an in-office position with salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• 10+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle billing, account reconciliations, invoicing, and receivables.

Responsabilités

• Generate, review, and process customer invoices while ensuring accuracy.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies and short payments.
• Monitor aging reports and assist with resolving outstanding billing and collection matters.
• Respond to invoice, payment, account balance, and billing inquiries; resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain billing, receivables, unbilled activity, and related financial reports.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to strengthen billing controls and workflow.
