Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and disperse invoices with accuracy and proper authorizations.
• Monitor billing queues and resolve discrepancies, rejections and inquiries.
• Post payments, adjustments and credits; reconcile with GL and subledgers.
• Generate and distribute billing, aging reports and support audits.
• Assist with month-end close; mentor and train Billing Specialists and staff.
