• Process FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, jumbo, and non-QM loans.
• Communicate with borrowers in English and Spanish throughout the loan process.
• Work with multiple wholesale lenders and lender portals.
• Review approvals, conditions, and clear items quickly and accurately.
• Escalate issues and provide next steps while maintaining file momentum.
