Specialized leads the way in bicycle innovation and service. The Lead Service Technician at The Bicycle Shop in State College, PA, will be the front-line brand ambassador, performing advanced bike repairs, tune-ups, and in-store customer support.

You'll work with the team to ensure quick, high-quality service, assist with bike sales through technical consulting, and contribute to a welcoming rider-focused experience. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Broad technical proficiency including hydraulic brakes, suspension, and eBike diagnostics.
• Customer-focused communication with riders and team.
• Willingness to work weekends.
