Specialized BikeSource in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Technician who will be the front line for the rider, translating technical know-how into outstanding in-store brand experiences. You'll work directly with riders, identify needs from a service menu, perform tune-ups and repairs, and help ensure a smooth, wow-worthy customer experience.

You will collaborate with staff, maintain knowledge of merchandise, assist with bike sales, and uphold cleanliness and POS operations with Lightspeed.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and customer service.
• Strong communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders in identifying needs and providing options from a service menu.
• Perform tune-ups and repairs; collaborate with staff on bike sales and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper POS operations (Lightspeed).
