Job summary

Specialized in Austin seeks a Service Technician to be the frontline ambassador for riders, delivering expert bicycle service and guiding in-store brand experiences. You will work directly with riders, both in-store and remotely, to identify needs and provide quick, frictionless solutions from a service menu and tune-ups.

The role involves assisting with bike sales through technical consulting, maintaining knowledge of merchandise, and delivering best-in-class rider service.

Qualifications

• Bike shop or bike mechanic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to work weekends and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product/service options from a service menu.
• Provide expert technical advice and bike servicing.
• Support bike sales with technical consulting and floor duties.
