Job summary

Specialized is seeking a Service Technician to be the frontline brand ambassador for riders, providing expert bicycle servicing and in-store experiences. You will work hands-on with riders, identify needs, and guide them through service options to keep them riding longer and better.

As part of the team, you’ll leverage Lightspeed POS, assist with bike sales, and maintain store standards while supporting a high-energy, rider-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to stand for extensive time periods; lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders with service options and tune-ups.
• Provide expert technical knowledge on bicycles and servicing.
• Take in service work orders and schedule repairs.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver top rider experiences.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support bike sales as needed.
