ELOS Environmental, an Aventia Company, is seeking a Bids & Proposals Lead in Hammond, LA to source procurement opportunities and lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the proposal development process, and deliver high-quality, compliant proposals under tight deadlines. Strong writing and stakeholder communication are essential, with opportunities to shape strategic responses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating responses to private and government entities of all levels/sizes.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Management of all proposals, RFQs, and bids through completion, including task assignment and go-no-go processes.
• Pursuit management and proposal planning through kickoff to debriefs.
• Write persuasively for executive summaries, past performance, and security volumes.
• Post-submittal debriefs, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement.
