Job summary

Dynamic Group in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the development of high-quality, compliant proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, and related opportunities. You will coordinate with technical staff, project managers, executives, marketing, and business development to ensure timely, compelling submissions.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with experience in government and private-sector solicitations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years in proposal management, marketing, or business development; 10–15 years preferred.
• Experience responding to government and private-sector solicitations.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete proposal development cycle from identification to submission.
• Develop schedules, compliance matrices, and action plans to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate input from technical staff, project managers, executives, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proposals communicate qualifications, approach, and differentiators clearly.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and templates for efficiency.
