This role combines strategic analytics leadership with hands-on reporting, KPI governance, and delivery excellence, mentoring BI Engineers and driving data-quality initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery experience and a track record of translating business objectives into measurable outcomes for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years in BI/Analytics, or a Master’s with 4+ years.
• Advanced SQL with 3+ years handling large enterprise data.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• 1 year translating business requirements into analytics solutions and insights.
• 1 year presenting data analytics to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Digital leaders, Operations, and external partners to define and measure business outcomes.
• Support the Director of Business Intelligence in prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into measurable success criteria and analytics requirements before initiatives are launched.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of BI Engineers, elevating analytics capabilities and reporting standards.
• Drive analytics work within Agile delivery frameworks, including sprint planning and PI planning.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting using Power BI.
• Analyze conversational channel performance and customer experience metrics.
