Job summary

Humana is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to partner with Product, Engineering and Operations across IVR, IVA and AI-enabled member experiences. This senior IC will shape analytics strategy, KPIs, and delivery governance while mentoring BI Engineers and delivering executive dashboards.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, Agile delivery, and cross-functional leadership to drive data-driven decision making and improve member engagement across Humana’s conversational platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of BI/Analytics/Engineering experience or Master’s plus 4+ years.
• Advanced SQL with 3+ years across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• 1 year translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
• 1 year presenting data analytics to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI-driven engagement).
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Digital, Operations, and external partners to define and measure outcomes.
• Support prioritization, roadmaps, and execution tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Translate objectives into measurable analytics requirements before initiatives launch.
• Mentor a team of BI Engineers and elevate reporting standards and delivery practices.
• Lead analytics work within Agile delivery, including sprint planning and release activities.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze channel performance metrics such as containment, authentication, intent, self-service, transfers, and CX metrics.
• Present insights to senior leaders in a clear, concise manner.
