Humana Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and BI leaders across IVR, IVA, and AI-driven member engagement programs.

You will set analytics strategy, govern KPIs, and mentor BI Engineers to deliver high‑quality reporting and analytics. The role emphasizes translating business goals into measurable outcomes, driving Agile delivery, and presenting insights to senior leaders in a clear, data-driven manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in BI/Analytics, or Master's plus 4+ years.
• Advanced SQL with 3+ years in large-scale enterprise datasets.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• 1 year translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
• 1 year presenting data analytics to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI).
• Partner with Product, Design, Operations and BI leaders to define and measure outcomes.
• Support Director of BI in prioritization, roadmap, and execution tracking.
• Translate objectives into measurable criteria and analytics requirements before initiatives start.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to BI Engineers to elevate reporting and development practices.
• Drive analytics work within Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog, PI planning, releases.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze performance metrics: containment, authentication, intent, self-service use, transfers, abandonment.
• Present insights to senior leaders in a concise, compelling manner.
