Humana Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to drive analytics strategy for IVR, IVA, and AI-driven member engagement.

You will partner with product, engineering, and operations to define outcomes and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across initiatives. This senior individual contributor role emphasizes strategic thinking, technical leadership, and cross-functional influence, with travel as needed and a focus on data-driven decision making across Humana's Conversational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of BI/Analytics experience or Master's degree plus 4+ years.
• Advanced SQL with 3+ years on large-scale enterprise datasets.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• 1 year translating business requirements into analytics solutions and actionable insights.
• 1 year presenting data analytics to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI-driven engagement).
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Digital leaders, Operations to define and measure outcomes.
• Support Director in prioritization, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and execution tracking.
• Translate objectives into measurable success criteria and analytics requirements.
• Mentor BI Engineers to improve reporting, analytics, and delivery practices.
• Drive analytics work within Agile delivery, including sprint planning and PI planning.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze performance metrics like containment, authentication, intent recognition, self-service usage and customer experience.
• Present insights to senior leaders clearly and concisely.
