Humana Inc. is seeking a senior Business Intelligence Lead to partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations across IVR, IVA, and AI-driven member engagement initiatives.

You will mentor BI Engineers, establish reporting best practices, and drive analytics strategy with KPI governance and portfolio planning. This remote role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in BI/Analytics or Master's plus 4+ years.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• 3+ years Power BI experience with dashboards and reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Experience presenting data to Senior Leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI).
• Partner with Product, Design, Digital, Operations to define and measure business outcomes.
• Assist Director of BI with roadmap, prioritization, and execution tracking across initiatives.
• Translate objectives into measurable success criteria and analytics requirements.
• Mentor BI Engineers and uplift reporting standards and delivery practices.
• Lead analytics work within Agile delivery, including sprint planning and releases.
• Develop executive dashboards and operational reporting using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze performance metrics (containment, authentication, intent recognition, self-service usage).
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
