Humana Inc. is seeking a senior Business Intelligence Lead to partner with product, engineering, and operations to drive analytics strategy and reporting excellence. You will mentor a team of BI engineers and deliver executive dashboards across IVR, IVA, and AI-driven member engagement programs.

This remote senior role emphasizes Agile delivery, KPI governance, and cross-functional leadership to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of BI/Analytics experience or a related field.
• Advanced SQL with multiple years of enterprise data experience.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Experience presenting data analytics to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI-driven engagement).
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Digital leaders, Operations, and external partners to define outcomes and measure impact.
• Support director in prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into measurable success criteria before initiatives launch.
• Mentor BI Engineers and elevate reporting standards and development practices.
• Lead analytics work planning within Agile delivery, including sprint planning and PI planning.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Analyze performance metrics: containment, authentication, intent recognition, self-service usage, transfer patterns, abandonment.
• Present insights to senior leaders in a clear, concise manner.
