Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a senior Business Intelligence Lead to advance analytics strategy across IVR, IVA, and AI-powered member experiences.

You will partner with product and engineering leaders to deliver measurable outcomes, mentor BI Engineers, and drive governance of KPIs and reporting standards. Responsibilities include analytics delivery in Agile sprints, building executive dashboards, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in BI/Analytics, Data Engineering, Product Analytics or related fields.
• Advanced SQL with 3+ years of experience across large-scale enterprise datasets.
• 3+ years of Power BI experience.
• 1 year translating business requirements into analytics solutions and actionable insights.
• 1 year presenting data analytics to Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI-driven programs).
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Digital leaders, Operations, and external partners to define and measure outcomes.
• Support Director of BI in prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution tracking across initiatives.
• Translate objectives into measurable success criteria and analytics requirements before launch.
• Mentor and guide BI Engineers to elevate reporting standards and analytics practices.
• Lead analytics work within Agile delivery frameworks (sprint planning, backlog, PI planning, release).
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting using Power BI and other platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics (containment, authentication, intent, self-service, transfer, abandonment).
• Present insights to senior leaders in a clear, concise manner.
