Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions in Little Rock is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to translate data into actionable insights for executives and state Medicaid programs. You will combine analytics, data modeling, and communication to support informed decisions.

You will lead analytics efforts, mentor teammates, and collaborate across departments using Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI, SQL, and Python/R in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics or statistics or equivalent education/experience.
• At least five years in analytics, data modeling, or BI (three years with a master's).
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI; SQL/Python/R preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs.
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from varied sources.
• Adapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes and research improvements.
• Serve as analytics SME for state audits and inquiries.
• Lead meetings with internal and state stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and cross-functional business areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
