Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You'll grow into an analytical partner who helps the team see around corners and drive actions.

You will collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover trends, perform retrospective analyses across experiments and CAC, and ensure the work is used, understood, and acted on

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured complex data.
• Reporting ownership and data literacy: builds, standardizes, drives adoption, and leaves teams more data-literate.
• Performance marketing optimization: connects data to levers like campaign performance, conversion rates, or revenue per session.
• LookML development capabilities (or equivalent in BI tools).
• Curiosity and business depth: asks questions first and grows business knowledge to become a trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across the verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and retrospective analyses.
• Ensure insights are used and acted on, not just produced as dashboards.
• Deliver proactive analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
• Build trust and enable self-service analytics through standardized reporting.
