Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, working with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure the work you build is used, understood, and acted

Qualifications

• Expert SQL & Comfortable with unstructured data
• Reporting ownership & data literacy
• Performance marketing optimization
• Advanced LookML development (or Power BI/Tableau)
• Curiosity & business depth

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals
• Embed with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends
• Define and drive standardized dashboards and reporting across teams
• Be a proactive analytical partner ensuring insights are used and acted on
