Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decisions across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning end-to-end reporting from data ingestion to dashboard adoption.
• Strong ability to work with messy, third-party data and partner with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering decisions across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends and perform retrospective analyses.
• Standardize dashboards and improve LookML structures with awareness of downstream impacts.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and drive business actions, not just produced.
• Lead education and best practice initiatives to enable self-service analytics across the team.
