Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering critical business decisions across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and drive data-informed actions from day one.

We value hands-on ownership, robust end-to-end reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights that influence strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard.
• Experience with messy, complex third-party data.
• Strong collaboration with business teams to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting infrastructure powering multiple verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends.
• Standardize dashboards and improve data sources.
• Translate business questions into analytical insights.
• Ensure insights are used, not just built into dashboards.
