Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering closely with our Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses across

Qualifications

Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured data.
Ownership of reporting, driving data literacy across teams.
Performance marketing optimization by linking data to levers like CAC and revenue.
Advanced LookML development or equivalent (Power BI/Tableau).
Curiosity and business depth; grow into analytical partner.

Responsibilities

Own reporting infrastructure powering decisions across verticals (Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, Marketplace).
Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover trends and drive actionable insights.
Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted upon, not just delivered.
Develop standardized reporting and proactive retrospective analyses across experiments and campaigns.
