Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner who helps the team see around corners.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering closely with our Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses across

Qualifications

• Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured data to extract insights from raw sources.
• Reporting ownership and driving data literacy across teams.
• Performance marketing optimization: link data to levers affecting campaigns, conversions, and revenue per session.
• Advanced LookML development (or equivalent in Power BI / Tableau) with understanding of downstream impacts.
• Curiosity and business depth: grow business knowledge and be a trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals (Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, Marketplace).
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and actioned, not just built.
• Develop standardization roadmaps and trusted data sources for efficient self-service analytics.
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
